ACC ANNUAL CONFERENCE FAQS

For your convenience, below please find answers to some of the most frequently asked Annual Conference questions. 

What is the final registration deadline?
The deadline to register is 12:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, October 22nd. Please note that after October 22nd, ACC will not be providing on-site registration.

Do I need to be an ACC member to attend?
Not at all. Registration is open to ACC members; the military; academia; employees of airlines/airports; local/state/federal government agencies; and non-members. Registration deadline is Friday, October 22 at 12P EDT.

Are there discounts if I can only attend for one day?
The registration fee is for the two-day duration of the Annual Conference, and partial registrations are not available.

Are there health and safety protocols for the Annual Conference?

Each ACC attendee will submit their COVID-19 test results (clinically administered (i.e., no home testing), antigen or PCR, 3 days prior to your first event on-site) for verification using the following site (Vital Circle RF). This web-based application will provide event attendees with the ability to securely submit their COVID-19 test results for validation and confirmation of your attendance at the event.

How do I make my hotel reservation?
Rooms can only be reserved directly with the hotel through the web link you will receive in your registration confirmation email. Please note that you must first register for the Annual Conference before booking a hotel room at the Silverado Resort & Spa. Those booking hotel rooms in the ACC room block - but not registered for the ACC Annual Conference – must register for the conference ASAP to avoid having their hotel reservation cancelled. Please note that ACC will not be able to adjust hotel room rates for those registering outside of the ACC room block. 

What airport should I fly in to?
The Silverado Resort & Spa is located at 1600 Atlas Peak Road, Napa Valley, CA. Three airport options are available: Sonoma County Airport – 45 miles; San Francisco International Airport – 62 miles; and Sacramento International Airport – 64 miles.

When is the ACC Members Foundation Golf Tournament and how do I register?
ACC Members Foundation Golf Tournament at the Annual Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 27th with the first tee time at 8AM Pacific Time at the Silverado Golf Club - South Course. Check-in begins at 7AM. Registration for the tournament has now closed.

When will I receive my registration confirmation?
Upon registering, ACC will immediately send an automated registration confirmation email with the necessary information to successfully participate during the Annual Conference. Check your spam/junk email in-box in the event your confirmation is re-directed due to your organizational firewalls. Make sure that the email address associated with your Training Hub user account is accurate and up-to-date so that there is no delay in receiving our email communications.

Where can I find my payment receipt? 
Your payment receipt will be located at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Is there a separate registration fee if I would like to bring a guest?
The registration fee for guests for the 2021 ACC Annual Conference is $375, and includes the Welcome Reception the evening of Sunday, October 24th and the Networking Dinner and Hospitality Suite on the evening of Monday, October 25th. Guest registration does not include business sessions, breakfasts, or luncheons.

How do I make a tax-deductible financial contribution to the ACC Members Foundation?
The ACC Members Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a goal of offering financial support for education and research activities that foster growth of the airport development industry. With your help, ACC members and friends are growing the Foundation so that it can continue to have a positive impact on the future of our industry. If I’m unable to attend, can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?
At this time, if you are unable to attend the conference, please email training@acconline.org. As a headcount has already been sent to the hotel and expenses have been paid, we will not be offering refunds.

Can I earn credits/hours for the Annual Conference? 
The conference program does not meet the educational content criteria outlined by the accrediting bodies for ACC to award credits/hours for attending.
