2021 VIRTUAL SYMPOSIUM ACCREDITATION FAQS

image
THE DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING CREDITS/HOURS IS MARCH 19 - A $50 LATE PROCESSING FEE IS REQUIRED AFTER THE DEADLINE
NOTE: THE OFFERING OF LU AND LU/HSW HOURS IS PENDING BASED ON AIA APPROVAL OF THE 11 2021 SYMPOSIUM SESSIONS SUBMITTED FOR ARCHITECTS. 7.25 LU/HSW and 4.0 LU HOURS WERE SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are responsible for reading the following important FAQs, meet the accreditations deadlines, and submit their attendance verification and evaluation survey to earn Symposium credits/hours.

ELIGIBILITY

To earn the 12.25 PDH or CM credits, or the 7.25 LU/HSW and 4.0 LU hours (pending AIA approval) for attending the March 1-4, 2021 ACC/AAAE Airport Planning, Design & Construction Symposium, participants will need to both meet – and complete – the required accreditation documentation:

• Be a paid registrant for the entire three-day 2021 virtual Symposium program (credits/hours are not issued for partial attendance);
• Create a user account – or log-in to your user account – in the ACC Training Hub;
• Register for the appropriate 2021 Symposium accreditation product (PDH, CM or LU and LU/HSW) that you would like to earn; and
• Within the accreditation product you register for (found in your "Dashboard" on the Training Hub menu bar), you will need to complete BOTH the attendance verification AND the evaluation survey.

Attendees will only be awarded one type of credits/hours for the 2021 Symposium.

DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF ACCREDITATION CRITERIA

Participants must complete the required accreditation criteria (the attendance verification survey AND the evaluation survey) in the ACC Training Hub by 8:00 p.m. EST on Friday, March 19, 2021 to earn the 12.25 PDH or CM credits, or the 4.0 LU and 7.25 LU/HSW hours (pending AIA approval). After March 19, 2021 a $50 late processing fee will apply.

ACC must adhere to strict standards as a registered and approved continuing education provider. As such, ACC requires a $50 late processing fee - in addition to completed attendance verification and evaluation surveys - to issue credits/hours to participants failing to complete the accreditation documentation by the March 19, 2021 deadline.

After April 30, 2021, ACC will not issue credits/hours for the 2021 Symposium - without exception.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ACCREDITATION SURVEYS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AND RECEIVED BY ACC?

If you log-in to your ACC Training Hub user account, click on "Dashboard" and the 2021 Symposium Accreditation product you registered for is no longer visible, your required accreditation surveys have been submitted and received by ACC.
