CANCELLATION/REFUND/REGISTRANT TRANSFER POLICIES

Please note below the following policies, and that all requests must be submitted in writing to ACC at micahd@acconline.com.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to training@acconline.com by 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, October 2, 2023 to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Annual Conference. All refunds are subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, October 13, 2023 are non-refundable as guarantees for your attendance have already been made at the conference venue.
