For your convenience, below please find answers to some of the most frequently asked Annual Conference questions. 

What is the final registration deadline? We're currently hosting a flash sale for new registrants at early-bird pricing ($1095 for ACC Members) beginning at 12 PM ET on Friday, 10/20 through 11:59 PM ET Thursday, 10/26. We'll be hosting registration on-site until 12 PM PT, Thursday, 11/2.

Where can I find the conference agenda? You can find the agenda at: https://training.acconline.org/acc45-agenda

Do I need to be an ACC member to attend? Not at all. Registration is open to ACC members; the military; academia; employees of airlines/airports; local/state/federal government agencies; and non-members. Regular registration deadline is Friday, October 13 at 12 p.m. EDT, after this registration fees increase by $50. 

Are there discounts if I can only attend for one day? The registration fee is for the two-days duration of the Annual Conference, and partial registrations are not available.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available for the 2023 ACC 45th Annual Conference? Sponsorship sales have ended.

How do I make my hotel reservation? Rooms can only be reserved directly with the hotel through the web link you will receive in your registration confirmation email. Please note that you must first register for the Annual Conference before booking a hotel room at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. Those booking hotel rooms in the ACC room block - but not registered for the ACC Annual Conference – must register for the conference ASAP to avoid having their hotel reservation cancelled. Please note that ACC will not be able to adjust hotel room rates for those registering outside of the ACC room block. 

Are the JW Marriot Parq Vancouver and The Douglas Autograph Collection connected? Yes! Both hotels are connected via the meeting space. The meeting space has two sets of elevators, one for the JW sleeping rooms and one for the Douglas.

What airport should I fly in to? The JW Marriott Parq Vancouver is located at 39 Smithe St, Vancouver, BC. You should make plans to fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Please ensure your passport is up to date as current processing times are between 10-13 weeks. 

When will I receive my registration confirmation? Upon registering, ACC will immediately send an automated registration confirmation email with the necessary information to successfully participate during the Annual Conference. Check your spam/junk email in-box in the event your confirmation is re-directed due to your organizational firewalls. Make sure that the email address associated with your Training Hub user account is accurate and up-to-date so that there is no delay in receiving our email communications.

Where can I find my payment receipt?  Your payment receipt will be located at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Is there a separate registration fee if I would like to bring a guest? The registration fee for guests for the 2023 ACC Annual Conference is $395, and includes the Welcome Reception the evening of Wednesday, November 1st and the Networking Dinner and Hospitality Suite on the evening of Tuesday, November 2nd. Guest registration does not include business sessions, breakfasts, or luncheons.

How do I make a tax-deductible financial contribution to the ACC Members Foundation? The ACC Members Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a goal of offering financial support for education and research activities that foster growth of the airport development industry. With your help, ACC members and friends are growing the Foundation so that it can continue to have a positive impact on the future of our industry. Please click here to make a greatly appreciated donation.

If I’m unable to attend, can I cancel my registration and receive a refund? At this time, if you are unable to attend the conference, please email micahd@acconline.org on or before Monday, October 2nd. All cancellations and refunds are subject to a $200 processing fee. Cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, October 13, 2023 are non-refundable as guarantees for your attendance have already been made at the conference venue.

Can I earn credits/hours for the Annual Conference?  The conference program does not meet the educational content criteria outlined by the accrediting bodies for ACC to award credits/hours for attending.
