Conference Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Each of the following Annual Conference sponsorship opportunities are managed by the sponsors who plan the event, and coordinate the distribution of any related sponsorship items to participants (email distribution suggested).
ACC will provide sponsors with regular conference registration updates for planning purposes, and we've outlined some sample ideas to help jump start your event planning. The dollar amounts reflected below are the anticipated value of what the event would cost your organization, not an amount you would send to ACC.

Annual Conference Virtual Exhibit Booth
With in-person national conferences and training events being canceled and postponed, ACC’s Virtual Exhibit Hall provides companies with an innovative way to highlight your offerings to potential aviation customers – without travel expenses, shipping of booths/materials, set-ups, or required staff.
Open 24/7 through December 31, 2021, the ACC Virtual Exhibit Hall maximizes your visibility, while providing unique customization of your messaging. Hosted in the ACC Training Hub, you can showcase your products/services and reach thousands of aviation decision makers, present educational/informational webinars, share company videos and podcasts, encourage networking and educate potential customers through open discussion forums, provide informational brochures, photos and literature, and offer access to your key organization contacts and website links.
As a 2020 Virtual Annual Conference exhibitor, you will receive access and promotion to all conference participants, in conference marketing, and on the ACC Annual Conference website.
