Welcome to ACC's New Training Hub! Getting Started Is As Easy As 1, 2, 3!
Any employee/location of an ACC member company, non-member company, airport or a local/state/Federal government agency is welcome to create an account in the new ACC Training Hub.
Click on "Create Account" in the upper right-hand corner. When creating your user profile, be sure to use your work email address AND your work address. Once you have completed all of the requested fields, click "Create Account." PLEASE NOTE: Email addresses provided when creating an account must match the name on the user account. Do not provide an email address for anyone other than the individual for whom the account is being created.
IMPORTANT: Select the correct "User Type" when creating your user account. Four user types are available: (1) ACC Member; (2) Non-Member; (3) Airport Employee; and (4) Local, State, and Federal Government Agency. The user type determines the pricing you will be charged when registering for webinars and courses in the ACC Training Hub. Not sure if your company is an ACC member? If your company is not listed as an ACC member in our online membership directory, please select one of the following three "User Types" most relevant when creating your profile:
• Airport Employee
• Local, State or Federal Government Agency
As a courtesy, ACC extends the member discount to airport employees and those employed by a local, state, or Federal government agency.
Return to the ACC Training Hub home page by clicking "Home" in the blue menu bar. You can now browse, search and register for any of the nearly 350 live and on-demand courses and webinars available through the new ACC Training Hub.
Explore and become familiar with your personalized dashboard by clicking on “Learner Dashboard.” Here you will find information on webinars and courses for which you've registered.
