ACC WILL NOT ISSUE ANY CREDITS/HOURS FOR THE 2021 SYMPOSIUM AFTER APRIL 30, 2021, 8:00 P.M. EDT.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are responsible for reading the following important FAQs, meet the accreditations deadlines, and submit their attendance verification and evaluation survey and $50 late processing fee to earn Symposium credits/hours.

ELIGIBILITY

To earn the 12.25 PDH or CM credits, or the 7.25 LU/HSW and 4.0 LU hours for attending the March 1-4, 2021 ACC/AAAE Airport Planning, Design & Construction Symposium, participants will need to both meet – and complete – the required accreditation documentation:

• Be a paid registrant for the entire three-day 2021 virtual Symposium program (credits/hours are not issued for partial attendance);
• Create a user account – or log-in to your user account – in the ACC Training Hub;
• Register below for the appropriate 2021 Symposium accreditation product (PDH, CM or LU and LU/HSW) that you would like to earn;, paying the $50 late processing fee; and
• Within the accreditation product you register for (found in your "Dashboard" on the Training Hub menu bar), you will need to complete BOTH the attendance verification AND any required evaluation survey(s) not later than April 30, 2021.

Attendees will only be awarded one type of credits/hours for the 2021 Symposium, so be sure not to register for multiple accreditation products.

DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF LATE ACCREDITATION CRITERIA

Participants must complete the required accreditation criteria (the attendance verification survey AND evaluation surveys) - and submit the $50 late processing fee - in the ACC Training Hub by April 30, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. EDT to earn the 12.25 PDH or CM credits, or the 4.0 LU and 7.25 LU/HSW hours. 

ACC must adhere to strict standards as a registered and approved continuing education provider to ensure our ability to award PDH, CM, LU, and LU/HSW credits/hours. 

After April 30, 2021, ACC will not issue credits/hours for the 2021 Symposium - without exception.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ACCREDITATION SURVEYS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AND RECEIVED BY ACC?

If you log-in to your ACC Training Hub user account, click on "Dashboard" and the 2021 Symposium Accreditation product you registered for is no longer visible, your required accreditation surveys have been submitted and received by ACC.

RECEIVING PDH CREDITS/CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

ACC reports attendance and PDH credits for eligible participants directly to RCEP.net within 30 days of completion and submission of the Symposium accreditation documentation. Participants will receive an automated email directly from RCEP/ACEC with notification of reporting of attendance/PDH credits by ACC. Participants can then log-in to their RCEP account and download/print a copy of their certificate of completion. 

If the participant does not have an existing account with RCEP, one is automatically created for them when ACC reports workshop attendance/PDH credits. The automated email sent to the participant from RCEP will include details on how to log-in to their new account, along with a temporary account password. 

NOTE: ACC does not have access to the RCEP account of any participant, nor information on account passwords. Participants will need to contact RCEP directly at (202) 347-7474 for assistance, or can visit RCEP.net, enter their work email address in the log-in, and click "Forgot Password."

PARTICIPANTS MUST SELF-REPORT CM CREDITS TO APA

Attendees holding the AICP professional designation must complete the required accreditation documentation and then self-report their CM credits to the American Planning Association (APA) for participating in the 2021 Symposium – APA/AICP course #9212178.

RECEIVING LU AND LU/HSW HOURS

ACC will report attendance and LU and LU/HSW hours for AIA members directly to AIA CES within 10 business days of completion and submission of the Symposium accreditation documentation. ACC AIA provider G173; courses 2021Symp100, 2021Symp101, 2021Symp102, 2021Symp200, 2021Symp201, 2021Symp202, 2021Symp203, 2021Symp300, 2021Symp301, 2021Symp302, and 2021Symp303.Symposium.
